Welcome to Norman by the River, a bright, cozy home with a unique retro theme. This home boasts 4 queen beds, sleeping up to 8 guests. Designed for comfort and uniqueness, guests can follow the small staircase to access the quaint sleeping and lounge area in the loft.

The home is only metres away from the Mattagami River, which guests can access through a tiny walking trail in the backyard. The spacious backyard is perfect for campfires, and the large driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.

The space

Norman by the River is a bright & airy space, receiving tons of natural light during the day. On the main floor, guests can find two bedrooms with queen beds, a living area with a leather couch, comfortable papasan chairs and a 45″ smart TV, and a quaint dining area including a full kitchen and dishwasher. The spacious entrance has tons of storage, and guests can take advantage of the large rainfall shower in the bathroom, as well as a separate laundry room. Guests can also access the quaint loft space through a staircase in the secondary bedroom.

The location is ideal for snowmobile enthusiasts as the OFSC trail is within 100m of the front door. The backyard is fully fenced, and chairs and a fire pit are provided for guests wanting to relax by the fire at the end of a busy day.

Other things to note

Pets
Pets are allowed at the property, however guests must follow the pet rules and pay an additional $90 pet fee (applied automatically when pet is identified in the reservation).

Throughout winter months:
A snow removal contractor has been hired for winter months (November – March). We ask that guests remove their vehicles from the driveway to allow the contractors to completely clear the driveway when they come by. If guests aren’t able to move their vehicles/trailers, we ask that they park them closest to the backyard to allow the snow removal team to clear as much of the driveway as possible.
